Shahrir: Don’t give petrol as prize

Shahrir: Don’t give petrol as prize is curious statement. I can't see the difference between paying out say RM3ooo in petrol vouchers and RM3000 in cash. In fact, it would better as far as consumer prudence is concerned too since RM3000 in cash, could mean a really long karaoke session!!
